What is your estimated delivery time?
We use Courier Post with an overnight delivery target for main centres, and 2-3 business days for rural areas (NZ customers only). All other delivery times are an estimate, quite often orders are delivered well before the expected delivery date. Note that on occasion, orders are unfortunately delayed. In the case that this happens, we will endeavour to inform the customer as soon as possible.
When do I have to place my order by for next day delivery?
We ship on confirmation of payment and when all goods are in stock, usually same day if completed and paid for by 2pm.
Do you do discreet shipping?
All our shipments are sent without any reference to Indoor Grow on the shipping label. Bags or boxes sent will only have the couriers logos on them.
Why didn't I didn't get a tracking number with my confirmation of purchase?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated once your order has been packed, you will receive an email when this happens. The tracking number won't be 'live' and functioning until the courier picks up your package from our dispatch team at around 4pm Monday-Friday.
Do I have to have signature required on my order?
We recommend choosing signature required to ensure you get your order delivered.
You can have your order shipped without signature required by choosing this shipping option at the checkout.
We will not be held responsible for lost orders shipped with out signature required.

We reserve the right to alter shipping methods requested if required (ie: mistakes, wrong method selected, or above certain values will have to be Signature Required). Public holidays and other seasonal demands may alter delivery times - tracking information is available for all shipments, simply request tracking information by email to our customer service team, include your order number and name used to order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
