    The Mars Hydro FC-6500 is a bar style LED light designed to be a perfect companion for a 5' x 5' ( Veg/Flower ) tent. The Mars Hydro FC-6500 is excellent value for money, bringing you excellent quality at a good price point. 

    The FC series from Mars Hydro uses LED bars that are detachable from the frame to make a versatile light that can be customized for your space to ensure uniform coverage of your canopy, and in its default configuration has a well spread PPFD at 20-30cm height in a 90cm x 90cm (4' x 4') space.

    We recommend keeping this light 40-50cm away in seedling stages at 60% brightness, 45-60cm away at max brightness in veg, and 20-40cm away in flower at max brightness. Due to cooler operational temperatures and less IR output, LED are far less prone to light burning leaves, improving overall plant health and leaving you less to worry about. 

    Mars Hydro FC series is 35% more efficient than a standard ceramic metal halide (CMH) light boasting an incredible 2.8umol/J using the legendary Samsung LM301, and Osram red LED diodes! The FC series has a passive 660nm peak (red), which helps to boost your plants during flowering and a mix of 3000k and 5000k diodes perfect for growth in vegetative and flowering stages.  

    The Mars Hydro FC series are driven by Inventronic Drivers, which boast an IP65 water resistance making them perfect long term operation in humid/damp environments. The Mars Hydro FC are dimmable ( 10-100%) using a knob on top of the back of the light, and up to 15 FC lights can be daisy chained together to keep everything nice and tidy

    The Mars Hydro FC are passive cooling lights ( No cooling fans on the light) making them completely silent while in operation.
